For developers we can access your commercial developments in a number of ways. You may want to come and visit us at our office, with your plans and documents of the proposal to discuss with one of our qualified staff your requirements. Alternatively you can send all relevant files and information via email. Please contact us via the web site contact page or give us a call on 09 524 7108 to discuss your needs. If you need an Expert Witness for your development please click here.


One of the Directors come and visit you at your proposed site to discuss your particular requirements and needs, and no charge is incurred for this initial site visit for commercial projects. From this visit we will be able to access your requirements and vision and send you a fee estimate for the services you require. This free site visit is limited to 30 minutes, any additional time required over this would incur charges as outlined below.

Commercial Design

 

This service encompasses all commercial landscape design and architecture. This service is especially geared where the developer needs assistance with resource consents to council and then the landscapes implemented to the plan. We fully understand the tight budgets many commercial developers have and will design the plan to make sure that we can keep within their budget.

We maintain for this period of time to make sure that all plants have rooted correctly and that their care is properly maintained for their long term health! And we will do it in an ECO-Friendly way too. We don't use harsh chemicals, or toxic sprays, and we will use organic methods of maintaining the landscape, just the way nature intended it to be!
